Join the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History and Boonville Heritage Park on October 5 for the Boonville Days Festival, a free event held from 9am-4pm! This festival also features the Buffalo Stampede Half Marathon and 5K and Chuck Wagon Cook-Off. Visit brazosvalleymuseum.org to register for the race, and call 979-776-2195 to purchase tickets for the Chuck Wagon Cook-Off.

The Festival features scores of demonstrations of 19th Texas skills, crafts, art, and music & dance. Because Brazos Valley has a rich and diverse heritage, this includes a wide variety of ethnic groups, re-enactors, artisans, and others. The event is open free to the public, and visitors may also enjoy free admission to the Museum.
