Caddo Mounds State Historic Site invites the public to the first in a series of Saturday afternoon programs to learn about the early technologies used by prehistoric Native Americans - friction fire, the spear, atl atl, bow, and throwing sticks.

Activities will include classroom instruction and a hands-on demonstration in friction fire starting.

The program is free, but normal site entry fees apply.
