Texas Bob's Picanté Sauce


Ingredients:

Chopped Onions
3 Cups
Fresh pealed tomatoes
6 pints
Garlic
6 cloves
Small chili peppers
18
Jalapeño peppers
6
Mazola oil
12 tbs.
Vinegar
9 tbs.
Salt
6 tbs.
Ground cumin
1 ½ tsp.

Instructions:

Sauté onions in oil. In fast blender put vinegar, garlic, jalapeño s and chili peppers. To sautéed onions add tomatoes, contents of blender, cumin and salt. Seal in hot, sterilized jars.

For more HEAT add more peppers.
